Gadish was chosen to manage the planning, manage the execution and supervise the Leonardo Plaza Ashdod project. This hotel was the first hotel to be built in Ashdod for many years. The hotel was built with the high standards of leading business hotels across the world, and serves the guests of the factories in Ashdod and Yavne’s industrial zones and commerce centers. The hotel has 182 rooms in 10 floors, in a tower that includes 3 additional commerce floors. In addition to 150 improved hospitality rooms, the hotel also has 32 deluxe rooms, 9 suites, a presidential suite and a business lounge. The hotel has a health and spa center, an indoor swimming pool, and a conventions and events center which can host up to 1,000 guests and is equipped with cutting-edge communication equipment and presentation media.

The Drisco Hotel
Gadish was chosen for managing the planning, managing the execution and supervising the project of the “Drisco Hotel”, one of Yafo’s important landmarks in the second half of the 19th century, as the first hotel outside of the city’s walls. The hotel, originally called “Le Grande Hotel”, was founded in 1886 by the brothers Goerge and John Drisco, two of the pioneers of the American Colony. The hotel is located outside of Yafo’s walls, and was originally intended for hosting pilgrims on their way to the holy city.
Ice Park
Gadish was chosen for the role of planning management, execution management and supervision of the world’s largest of its kind entertainment center. While outside the heat exceeds 40 degrees Celsius, inside people enjoy ice – the entire structure is covered by a 10-story high dome, at the center of which there is an ice-skating ring. Ice Park has dozens of stores, cafes and even an ice-skating school. The temperature near the ice-skating ring reaches 20 degrees Celsius, and in the rest of the building it is 25 degrees Celsius – relatively cool for Eilat’s heat.
The Teams House, Shfayim
Gadish was chosen for the role of planning management, execution management and supervision of the construction of the teams house in Shfayim. Two soccer arenas were built in this location – one with natural grass and one with synthetic grass, both with sophisticated drainage systems, and lighting systems. Beyond the two arenas, there was also a vast investment in the structure itself, which includes four locker rooms, coach rooms, meeting and lecture rooms, a treatment room and a cafeteria. In addition, there is a two-sided deck which enables viewing both arenas.
National Insurance Be’er Sheva
Gadish was chosen for the role of planning management, execution management and supervision of the construction of a multi-system office building with an area of 4,700m2 and subterranean parking garages with an area of about 7,000m2, including control systems, infrastructures, an energy center etc
A Collection Wing in the Ashdod Municipality
Gadish was chosen for the role of planning management, execution management and supervision of the project for building the collection wing for the Ashdod Municipality. The works included the planning and construction of a 4-story building with an area of about 6,000m2. The project included a complete planning of the building, earthworks, foundations, steel frame, finishing and landscape development. The execution of the project included detailed planning for and the execution of electricity, fire and smoke detection systems, water, sewage, air conditioning etc.
Evacuated Airport in Eilat
Gadish was chosen to conduct the planning management and execution management for the rebuilding of neighborhood and hotels in the area of the defunct old airport of Eilat, 277 dunams. The project would include: Infrastructure works, systems and development in the temporary use area of the old airport of Eilat. Building a neighborhood and hotels on the area of the airport, earthworks, underground works, road paving, public open spaces, relocating systems, rerouting existing roads, working with external infrastructures providers (IEC, The Antiquities Authority, Mekorot, Hot, Cellcom, Bezek and more).
Engineering Control for the Tel Aviv Municipality
Reviewing and controlling construction and infrastructure projects in the Tel Aviv Municipality in accordance with the municipal methodology. This process is carried out at various time points in accordance with project’s stages of planning or execution. The works include, inter alia, reviewing and checking architectural programs, alternatives, engineering planning, time schedules, projections, budgets, public tenders documents, monitoring, onsite control inspections in projects under construction, comparisons and recommendations etc.

Consulting, control and ultimate supervision for a variety of sports-related projects which are financed by the Ministry of Culture and Sports, from soccer stadiums, sports halls, soccer courts, mix-use courts, swimming pools, gymnastics and artistic gymnastics training centers, sports facilities, motor sport, ice-skating arenas, and up to community sports facilities and hydrotherapy pools
Project to establish a memorial center for the paratroopers’ heritage
In order to fulfill and realize the vision of the “Paratroopers ‘Heritage Foundation” which is to tell, document and instill the story, values and battle heritage of the paratroopers and regular reservists, a “Heritage Center” will be established to house all the paratroopers’ heritage, education and commemoration activities.
The Heritage Center is currently in the planning stages and completing final conditions before obtaining a permit. The center will be built near the Ammunition Hill site in Jerusalem and will include a training department, a commemorative department, a hostel / hotel, an auditorium, meeting rooms, etc
