Gedish is managing the editing and promotion of a detailed plan for the entire Kibbutz Nitzanim.
The plan regularizes the existing neighborhoods and proposes 3 new residential neighborhoods with a total of approximately 400 housing units at varying densities.
The plan addresses the interface between the kibbutz and the regional educational campus, a planned regional sports stadium, open spaces, an ecological corridor, and a main road.
Additionally, the plan designates the future development direction of the kibbutz westward, in line with the community’s vision.
