The Jerusalem Light Rail

In the framework of this project, in which Gadish was responsible for the planning management, the execution management and the supervision, a pathway for the Jerusalem Light Rail was cleared (the Red Line), including the relocation of electricity systems, traffic lights, lighting, control and command, water, sewage and drainage, executing the Tzahal Square Tunnel into which motor traffic was directed, executing complex traffic arrangement for a period of two and a half years.

The project is located in the city’s center and its execution required extensive coordination with the Jerusalem Municipality/Police/Hadassah Hospital/Utilities/The Antiquities Authority/The Nature and Parks Authority/The Waqf/Notre Dame/The Ministry of Tourism/The Ministry of Defense etc.
