Tens of thousands of housing units in Israel and elsewhere have been constructed under the management of the Gadish Group. Gadish is handling the construction of new high-density and single-family residential neighborhoods, the expansion of existing neighborhoods and the development of new neighborhoods and communities, new neighborhoods in moshavim and kibbutzim and the promotion of plans in the framework of the Israeli Ministry of Housing’s renewal program.

The Gadish Group assists in marketing developed lots to the private market, and manages architectural and engineering design, site development and construction. Gadish also occasionally provides construction supervision through delivery to the tenant and accompanies the project during the warrantee year through final handover.
