The Group operates primarily as project manager, coordinator and supervisor of civil engineering projects. The Group's main clients are government ministries, government-owned corporations, corporations and private entrepreneurs.


As a master planner and general civil engineering designer, the company takes full control of large-scale civil projects, complementing its multidisciplinary, in-house team with external consultants as sub-contractors.


The firm provides a full range of project and construction management services – from initial stages through project completion – including: feasibility studies, zoning and planning, preliminary cost and timetable estimations and review, preparation and processing of tender documents and contracts, liaising with and coordinating municipal and governmental authorities, utility companies and contractors, on-site inspection of construction quality, as well as providing a full range of construction management services.


We believe that the success of any project, whether large or small, depends primarily on project management, i.e., the correct selection of specialists for the project team, efficient management of the team and superior administrative and logistical support. The project manager is the one who is responsible for managing the project from all its administrative and engineering aspects and constitutes the principal link between the client, consultants, contractors and the authorities.

 

  • Review of plans, preliminary evaluation of costs and timetables, selection of the project’s design
    team and preparation of consultants’ contracts. 
  • Management of the preparation of city outline (zoning) plans – preparation of statutory plans,
    coordination between planning authorities and consultants.
  • Project management at the design stage, preparation of procedures for the
    owner and oversight processes and design approval. 
  • Design coordination with authorities and engineering departments of local authorities. 
  • Assistance and support for the owner’s legal consultants in all project matters, for project
    consultants or for project contractors.
  • Management of bid processes and preparation of contractors’ contracts.
  • On-site supervision of construction quality and timetables. 
  • Project management at the construction stage, including monitoring of construction progress,
    coordination among various contractors, authorities and consultants.
  • Integration of changes in project design, whether stemming from requirements by the owner or
    from field conditions that were not known in advance.
  • Construction oversight and reporting to the owner.
  • Budget review through all stages of the project.
  • Completion of construction and transfer of overall responsibility to the owner.
